General Hotel Information

Our guaranteed check in time is from 2:00 pm. 

Requests for early check in is subject to availability and can be emailed to h8801@accor.com.

Yes, if their name is also attached to the reservation. In addition we require photo ID and a Credit Card for security deposit on arrival, matching the name on the reservation. Please contact the Hotel prior to arrival to add a second name to the reservation via email h8801@accor.com.

The Como Melbourne has introduced intensified hygiene & prevention measures to ensure guests safety. The ALLSafe label verified by Bureau Veritas represents our new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in our hotels.

In line with the Accor ALLSafe program, unnecessary items have been removed from our guest rooms. This includes: magazines, books, information cards and decorative pillows. Items such as bottled water, minibar items, bathrobes & slippers are available on a request basis. This is so we can maintain the highest possible hygiene practices.

Yes, you can use Google or Apple pay to cover the accommodation charges, however we do require to site a digital or physical card with the full card number displayed for a security bond on arrival.

No, we are not currently accepting cash payments to minimise contact due to Covid-19. A credit or debit card, as well as matching photo ID is required at the time of check in.

Our check out time is 11:00 am.  Late check out fees of $25 per hour apply from midday. After 4:00 pm, the nightly rate of accommodation applies.

Requests for a late check out are subject to availability and can be made via Reception. 

Yes. The Como Melbourne offers daily housekeeping service. To minimise contact during Covid-19, guests are not permitted in the room whilst housekeeping are servicing.

Yes, a valid credit card is required to confirm your booking when you book your accommodation via our website. Please note that if you are settling your account with a credit card a 1.3% credit card transaction fee will apply.

Yes. ALL - Accor Live Limitless is our complimentary loyalty programme. You can join the programme by registering on our all.accor.com website or app, during your stay or when you make your reservation.

You will earn points for every stay with The Como Melbourne as long as your loyalty details are attached to the current reservation and you have booked through all.accor.com on an eligible rate.

Yes, a select number of our Superior Rooms and 1 Bedroom Apartments interconnect via the living room of the Apartment.

Yes, The Como Melbourne has four accessible rooms in our Superior category as well as chair lift at the entrance of the hotel. Specifications can be provided on request.
