Following its global success from Paris to Auckland, through to London, Madrid, and Barcelona, Dans le Noir? (French translation for “In the Dark?”) has opened its first official ‘Dining in the Dark’ restaurant concept in Australia at The Como Melbourne MGallery by Sofitel.
This one-of-a-kind experience invites you to embark on a unique sensory, social and human experience.
Each diner will be guided through a mystery three course menu, designed by The Como Melbourne's Executive Chef, Dinesh Munirathinam, in pitch darkness. Through limiting the sense of sight there are no preconceptions brought about by vision; instead other senses are intensified allowing guests to completely re-evaluate their perception of taste and smell.
Dining in the Dark is the perfect experience for a teambuilding activity, brainstorming session, conference, product launch or press conference.
